Marc McGonagle is an investigator with Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., supporting attorneys across criminal defense, personal injury, estate, and civil litigation matters. A retired police detective lieutenant, Marc brings practical experience in witness interviews, records retrieval, background investigations, and case strategy. He works closely with paralegals and attorneys to develop clean timelines, identify credibility issues, and gather evidence early and efficiently. Marc focuses on realistic, defensible investigative work that supports both case development and trial preparation.
