Benjamin T. Siracusa Hillman is a partner at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. and chair of its Trusts, Estates, and Guardianships practice group.  He practices out of the firm’s Concord and Dover offices in the areas of probate litigation, estate planning and probate/trust administration, and elder law. Ben graduated from Harvard College (A.B. 2003) and Yale Law School (J.D. 2008). He is co-editor of “A Practical Guide to Probate in New Hampshire” (MCLE 2018). Ben is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), past president of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and a member of the NHBA’s Trusts and Estates Section.
