PANH is proud to present the 2025 Spring CLE. This in person event, will be held in the Stark and Jefferson Room at Fratello's and will include dinner as well as an in depth presentation from Attorney James V. Ferro Jr on changes made to the Parental Rights and Responsibilities Act for 2025.  Jim is an attorney and board-certified mediator.    He is the owner of Ferro Law & Mediation Group, PLLC where he concentrates his practice on family law and private mediation for cases involving domestic relations, probate, real estate, personal injury and small business disputes.   Jim mediates over 100 cases annually from the straightforward to the complex.    Jim received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire, School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Vermont in 1989.   He is a member of the New Hampshire and Rhode Island Bar Associations.   Jim regularly provides training to mediator candidates, certified mediators, and the NH Bar Association.    Jim is recognized in Best Lawyers of America for Family Law and Mediation annually from 2007 to the present, and has been named Family Law Lawyer of the Year 2012,  2020, and 2025. He is actively involved as a member of the Granite YMCA having served as a Trustee on the Granite YMCA Board of Trustees and Executive Committee.
